In autumn, based on their professional analysis, the farmer determines the best point of harvest for every single variety. Professional expertise, many helping hands, and top-notch technology are all required to bring our fruits from the orchards into our processing plants.

Storage
APPLES WITH GUARANTEED FRESHNESS
We store our premium apples in a controlled atmosphere with ideal oxygen content. In order for the cells of our apples to remain impeccably fresh, we keep the oxygen content for some varieties even below 1 %. This ULA (ultra low oxygen) storage guarantees that our customers can enjoy fresh apples that are rich in aroma and vitamins.
